At the training restaurant, we are everything. Simple, everyone have different roles every week. The pantry, runner, waiter, headwaiter, captain, wash-up, cashier, wine-waiter and also the bartender! Among all those roles, i find bartender the best job so far. Cos' i got dino (samm) as my partner. We had joy, we had fun, we had seasons under the bar counter. *laughs* Mocktails of that day were pink galaxy (shaken) and chariots of fire (built-in). Some sissy wanted to test us out by ordering the gunner. HAA, samm managed to build it ! For the rest, we got pretty good comments from those who ordered the pink galaxy. Smart us, we actually edited the recipe. Trust us, the original pink galaxy tasted like some anti-biotics. Anyway, i guess the dtm-ers from horizons have one line for troublemakers. " JUST BRING IT ON !" Seriously, there's nothing we cannot do. We even did viking in the restaurant. ;)




Bok looked really pro when he was the bartender. :) He did fruit punch.
